Exclusive Canteens for Elderly Chinese Aged 60 and Above

In Zhongshan, over 390,000 residents are aged 60 and above, accounting for approximately 8.87% of the city‘s total population. However, daily tasks such as grocery shopping and cooking can be significant challenges for the elderly. In recent years, Zhongshan has been building elderly canteens based on the “15-minute service circle” principle. 187 elderly meal assistance and service points have been set up, almost all within walking distance. The meal service covers every town, sub-district, and village of Zhongshan. Come along with Jerry to the elderly canteen and enjoy the affordable and delicious meals!
