In Nantou, Zhongshan, Guangdong, Homa Appliances, a manufacturing giant with more than 13,000 employees, counts nearly 200 workers with disabilities. Since 2023, it has hired 438 people with disabilities. They work diligently and receive equal pay for equal work in a fair environment. Together, Homa and its employees are striving to create an "invisible" model of workplace equality.
