7月26日晚，风暴Tempest乐队携手中山小爱乐青少年交响乐团登陆SunLiveSpace，献上《热浪后，大潮袭》跨界音乐专场。正统交响碰撞后摇滚，交织兼具温柔叙事与炸裂氛围感的原创篇章。

在《无为》《海市蜃楼》等作品中，定居中山十五载的乐队主创、新西兰音乐人Donald，将他理解的东方意境尽数写进曲中。

他说，每当看到中国这些饱含岁月底蕴的古迹风物，内心总会被触动。

Post-Rock Meets the Orient: 
Chinese Artistic Visions 
in New Zealand Musician’s Pieces

On the evening of July 26, Tempest Band teamed up with Zhongshan Youth Philharmonic Orchestra at SunLiveSpace to present a concert After the Heat, Comes the Flood. Classic symphonic sounds collide with post-rock, weaving original pieces that blend soft storytelling with explosive immersive vibes.

In pieces such as Wu Wei and Mirage, Donald, the band’s founder who has resided in Zhongshan for fifteen years, pours his interpretation of oriental artistic conception into every melody.

He shared that he is always deeply touched by China’s time-honored historic relics and landscapes.
