Happy Mid-Autumn! Join Alexander, our German friend, on a stroll down Xiaolan's "Lantern Street" in Zhongshan.

Here, lanterns carry more than 600 years of intangible cultural heritage. We taste a classic mooncake, and leave carrying a handmade fish lantern.

Even when people are thousands of miles apart, he says, on Mid-Autumn night they still look up at the same moon — warm and romantic.
